Return and Refund Policy

In accordance with applicable laws in Canada, sales are considered final unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated on the product page.

Any request for a return or refund must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order.

No refunds will be granted in the following cases:

the package is marked as delivered by the carrier;

an address error is attributable to the customer;

the product has been used, opened, or altered after delivery.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, the merchant’s records, including proof of payment and delivery confirmation provided by the carrier, shall constitute sufficient evidence of contract fulfillment.

The merchant reserves the right to contest any chargeback deemed abusive or unfounded.
